The Nepean, Cumberland, Blacktown & The Hills Service Network Project is funded by the NSW Department of Community Services under the Families NSW Strategy.

It is a partnership between:

• Nepean Families NSW Service Network Project, coordinated by TRI Community Exchange Inc, and
• Cumberland, Blacktown and The Hills Network Development Project, coordinated by Western Sydney Community Forum (WSCF)

and consists of this website and a weekly email newswire.

It covers the following regions:

• Nepean (Penrith, Hawkesbury and Blue Mountains LGAs)
• Cumberland (Auburn, Holroyd and Parramatta LGAs)
• Blacktown LGA
• The Hills Shire

The website serves as a source of news and resources for child and family services across the above regions. The weekly email newswire collates relevant news and information (you will find the online version under Latest News).

By working closely with a range of government and non-government agencies, the projects aim to implement strategies to strengthen collaborative processes and enhance the coordination of networks. This includes developing mechanisms for effective referral pathways and interagency communication.
